Gamla Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot is made from equal parts of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes grown in the cool climate and high altitude unique to the GolanHeights and Upper Galilee. This attractive blend displays characters of both classic varieties. More than anything, the wine's distinctive style and personality express the Golan growing region and the people who created it. The wine aged for 12 months in small French oak barrels. Enjoy with a variety of meat courses and tomato-based pasta. Best served at 17-20C
