Yarden Allone Habashan Vineyard was produced from three varieties all grown in Allone Habashan Vineyard, located in central Golan Heights at an altitude of 600 meters. The vineyard's volcanic soil is composed of basalt. This blend of 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Syrah, 28% Merlot and 9% Cabernet Franc showcases the outstanding results of this renewed historic vineyard. The wine aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. Best served at 63-68°F.
