On my 2012 visit to the Hevron Heights Winery we barrel tasted from the higher end selected barrels. We set aside twelve of the barrels which were outstanding from the rest. Then after24 months Michel the owner of the winery blended the barrels bottled them and set them aside in cellar conditions to bottle age. On my last visit to the winery we cracked open a bottle and tasted it we both agreed that this was a wine like we've never had before.
