Hevron Heights Special Reserve
This Special Reserve wine has been handcrafted in our cellars located on the Judean Mountain in the Holy Land at an elevation of 950 meters overlooking the ancient Biblical city of Hevron. Hevron is the burial place of Abraham Isaac Jacob Sarah Rebecca and Leah Patriarchs and Matriarchs of the Jewish People.
Verified with the traditional wine-making techniques of warm fermentation in small open vats aged in barrels for 24 months this rare wine displays the rich varietal flavors of carefully hand-selected Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot and Shiraz delicately balanced by the savory finish of French oak barrels.
May be bottle aged or had now.
Best bet- open and decant at least an hour prior to drink and serve at room temperature.
