Vizovicka Slivovitz Presenta 2018

In Vizovice, the Těchlov area, we grow various varieties of plums on more than twenty thousand trees. Every year we choose one variety about which we think that represents harvest the best way.
From the harvest of 2018, it is Presenta, a late variety ripening only in October, with small but very aromatic fruits. It gives a characteristic plum brandy, with clearly recognizable seeds in the aroma, full flavor and reverberation sweet after jam.
